My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, it has a fantastic location near the Rhone River and a friendly atmosphere with helpful staff. However, I encountered some issues during check-out related to extra charges that were frustrating. The breakfast had its moments, but overall, I felt the value for money could have been better, especially with the parking fees added on top.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable, but there were some minor annoyances like the table being wobbly and the lack of decorative touches. It felt a bit bare and was let down by basic toiletries in a tiny bathroom.
Service
8.0
The service was generally good, with staff being accommodating and even arranging a lovely charcuterie plate when I missed lunch. They were also friendly, although there was a bit of a language barrier at times.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city, just a short walk across the Rhone River to cafes and shops. It's also not far from the bustling Part Dieu shopping mall.
Dining
7.0
Dining at the hotel was decent, with a good variety of foods at breakfast, though it felt a tad pricey compared to other options nearby.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included a gym with modern equipment, but the pool was smaller than expected—more suitable for cooling off than for swimming laps.

7.4/10

I recently stayed at this hotel for a city break and found it to be quite comfortable, with a nice breakfast and a friendly atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, but I did miss having more seating options. While the location was convenient, it might take a bit of walking to reach some major attractions. Overall, it's a solid option, but some areas could see improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious, clean, and featured a large comfortable bed, which was perfect for our needs. They also had tea and coffee facilities, but I would have preferred a better seating arrangement.
Service
7.0
The staff were welcoming and eager to assist, though I did feel that they could have shown a bit more attention during busy times.
Location
7.0
The location was decent, just a short taxi ride from the main station and an easy walk to the river. It wasn't right in the heart of the tourist area, but still accessible to downtown attractions.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was substantial, offering a good variety, which I enjoyed. However, I didn’t have the chance to try the hotel restaurant, which had limited options during my late arrival.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were well-maintained, and the hotel had a modern lobby. However, the cramped dining options could use more variety to enhance the experience.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean, they were quite basic and lacked a desk, which was a downside for my business stay. The breakfast was substantial with plenty of choices, but the service at check-in was frustrating. The location, however, was pretty convenient for getting around the city, though there was some ongoing construction nearby that made access a bit tricky.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean but rather basic. I could have really used a desk to work at, which was missing.
Service
5.0
I found the check-in process to be a bit disorganized, and the receptionist's attitude was not very helpful.
Location
7.0
The location was decent; it was a short taxi ride from the train station and close to the river, but the construction made it less appealing.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was substantial with a good variety, which was a highlight of my stay.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel seemed to be undergoing renovations, which affected the facilities and overall experience.

6.2/10

The hotel had some positive aspects, like comfortable rooms and a pleasant dining experience, but it was marred by poor service and the ongoing construction in the lobby. While it offered good value for the price, the location presented some challenges, including undesirable nearby activities.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were large and comfortable, featuring two double beds which were great for us alongside a good shower and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Service
5.0
While some staff were helpful, there were instances of poor communication and service during check-in, which left a disappointing impression.
Location
5.0
The hotel is situated in a quieter neighborhood, but it had sketchy surroundings due to a homeless camp directly across the street.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was good, with many delicious options, and the croissants were a highlight.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered basic amenities, but the ongoing renovations in the lobby detracted from the overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay with our family at this hotel! The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable. However, while the amenities were nice, there were a few hiccups with the room service that left us a bit frustrated.

Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious, clean, and came with two large beds that were perfect for our family. It was comfortable enough for the kids to play around, though it did get a bit hot at times.
Service
7.0
The staff was exceptionally helpful; they assisted us with everything we needed. However, the room service was a bit slow and only had limited options available when we tried to order late at night.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro and bus stops, which made getting around the city quite easy. It was about a 20-minute stroll to the Vieux Lyon area, which we enjoyed.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was included and it was quite good, with a nice buffet selection. We also dined at the hotel restaurant for dinner and found the food to be surprisingly delicious, making it worth the visit.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel facilities appeared well-maintained and modern, particularly the lobby which was very inviting. However, we didn’t utilize many facilities aside from dining.
